About and Around Durango

There are all kinds of reasons to spend more time at Tamarron, not the least of which is Durango itself. Click on the button below for an admittedly abbreviated schedule of Durango events, but with links to several much more extensive lists.

It's your town ..........enjoy it!

Many of the events in 2021 do not yet have a scheduled date, partly due to the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic.

Those events highlighted in RED have their dates set for 2021.

Those events in BLACK still show the 2020 dates. These will be updated when a revised schedule becomes available.

The Valley Course is scheduled to open on Friday, April 30th!

Vehicle Storage Information

As a number of our more distant owners have learned, Tamarron doesn't have the ability to store vehicles for an extended period of time. Fortunately, there is a solution to this problem. Anne Dickson, a former Tamarron owner and Board member (and our current social media guru), lives out toward the airport and has the space to store vehicles.

For information, text (970-769-0512) or e-mail ( ) Anne.

2020 TACO Owners Golf Tournament

Unfortunately, the pandemic last year caused a number of cancellations during Owners Week.

One of the casualties was the pairings party on Friday evening before the tournament, another being the awards ceremony and party afterwards. This means that, while we don't have photos of the winning teams, we don't want their accomplishment to be overlooked.

It should also be noted that Peggy Gibson and Paul Puglise won their respective Closest To The Pin contests,

with Vicki Chilton and Paul Puglise winning the Longest Drive contests.

Here's looking forward to the 2021 Tournament, and a return to normalcy!
